Perfect Sealing Lid Design
Inner-Lid Taurus Pressure Cooker Handle bar is so attached to the lid that there is extra space for deliberate ‘play’ or movement. This ensures perfect sealing of the lid with the rim of the cooker body. Do not try to tighten the bar and remove this ‘play’ otherwise Cooker will not Lock properly.
Metal Handle Bracket
The sturdy pivot of Taurus Pressure Cooker assists the self-centralizing lid in locking securely and safely in place. This ensures a steam-tight seal. It is also designed so that no undue pressure is put on the plastic handles, as it is part of the metal handle itself. Thus the handles last longer.
Sturdy Soft Touch Handles
Taurus pressure cooker comes with Soft Touch stay-cool handles which are easy and comfortable to hold while cooking. The metal screw and rivets used to fasten the handles are safely recessed to eliminate the chances of your hand coming into contact with hot metal during cooking.Handles are designed with self-locating pivot for easy fitting and maintenance. It provides a firm grip during usage.
Food Grade Silicone Gasket
